Filled Tomatoes -- nice little appetizer


Filled Tomatoes with Feta cheese:

- nice, organic Tomatoes
- Feta cheese ( I used some canned with it too)
- Butter



Cut the top and the bottom part of the Tomato just enough that the green is gone and it can sit on a plate without falling. Then use a sharp spoon and cut out all the seeds.
In a bowl, mix 100 gr Feta cheese with 50 gr. Butter (around 1 Tablespoon). Squeeze them with a fork that their smoothly combined. I usually have a pack of Feta cheese, cubed, in a jar filled with Oil and Garlic. So they are preserved and it gets a nice garlicy flavor. I used some cubes of it with a bit of the garlic oil. It got a little more flavor. Then fill the Tomatoes with the Feta mix, top it with fresh parsley or black pepper and chill til you serve it. They were the bomb.
