Bell Pepper cream schnitzel (Paprika Rahmschnitzel)


Bell Pepper cream schnitzel (pork loin) (Paprika Rahmschnitzel)

You will need:
- 3 Schnitzel (Pork loin)

- 2 bell peppers (red or yellow), sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove Garlic, diced
- 80 gr Tomato paste (good 2 Tablespoons)
- 2 teaspoons Paprika (smoked if possible. Pimenton de la Vera,
  Amazon.com ;-) )
- Salt (Viking salt, also Amazon. it's a smoked salt)
- Pepper
- 250 ml heavy whip and or cooking cream (I like to use both)
- 1 Teaspoon sugar

In a pot, fry the onions and the Garlic til smooth. Then the Tomato Paste and let it fry a little bit. Then add the cooking cream/ 
heavy whip and stir til everything is nicely combined. Then add the Salt, Pepper and Paprika. You can now set it aside til you need it or just use it right away. 
In a oven dish lay down the raw pork loins. Sprinkle the sliced bell Peppers over it and add the cream sauce. Put it at 350 degrees in the oven for around 25 min.. 
We like to eat mashed Potatoes with it, but Rice would also work or French fries.
